At Cadence Athletics, we aim to get your order out quickly and keep the process simple.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 4–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–18 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for selected regions or order values.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to recover or resend the package.


Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cadence Athletics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Carrier-related delays outside our control
